What is your policy for returning an incorrect or unwanted item?
This clause only applies if you are a consumer.
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000) during the period set out below in clause.
This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the Contract and receive a refund. Advice about your legal right to cancel the Contract under these regulations is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
If you change your mind we accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:
You contact us within 14 working days starting with the day after the delivery date.
Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your returned items are in appropriate protective packaging.
Working days means that Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are not included in this period.
We make no warranties as to the suitability of a product for a particular use. Image colour, lightness, and darkness are subjective and not grounds for returns.
