- Please ask for any quantity, size or colour. The gold and silver colour are embroidered with metallic effect thread. The """"glow in dark"""" thread has the chosen colour in the day light and light-green on the night (the patch must be """"charge"""" on the light to glow on the dark) and the reflective thread is reacting when a beam of light is directed to the text. This product is made by us in the UK.

Thank you for shopping with us at Emporium Embroidery. All packages are sent with Royal Mail, EVRI and DHL (Deutsche Post) and shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping time does not include the time it takes to process your order. If a package is found to be undeliverable, it will be sent back to us. Once we receive the returned package, you must pay again the shipping fee to resend the package or a credit will be issued for products purchased. We reserve the right to refuse shipping on any order.
We currently offer Royal Mail and EVRI for domestic delivery and DHL (Deutsche Post) Tracked Parcel for international orders. This are the default basic shipping services but you have the option to upgrade with the premium services.
For Shipping to All the world we use DHL (Deutsche Post) Tracked Parcel shipping service is a tracked services. Any duties or taxes on the value of goods purchased, which may be imposed by any country, will be paid at destination. We cannot provide return shipping labels for orders delivered and recommend using a local shipping carrier for any items you may want to return.

EN - How to iron a patch (Application instructions):
Do NOT use on un-ironable fabrics (low melting point) such as nylons, vinyl's, or leathers. Iron may scorch leathers and suede's.
1. Pre-wash all materials without fabric softeners.
2. Preheat iron to medium heat. Make sure the "steam" option is turned off. On heat-seal machine 175 C /cotton/ maximum pressure.
3. Place the patch on garment glue side down (peal the protective paper first).
4. Cover with thin white cloth or towel, we recommend silicon paper (backing paper).
5. With home iron, keep the pressure on for 45-50 seconds; 25 seconds for the heat-sealing machine on a hard surface, Do NOT run iron, Hold in one spot for some time! Big patches please start pressing form the center to the edges of a patch. After this please press once again edges of a patch - about 5 sec.
6. Let cool, then turn garment inside-out and iron on reverse side for 10 seconds.
7. Laundry Instructions-Turn shirt inside-out. Cold wash, Gentle cycle, Drip dry. Do NOT put the garment in the dryer! Do NOT bleach. First washing of the pressed patch can take place after 48 hrs. Give few stitches on the patch edge to keep it for a long time.
Please pay attention to all plastic elements in a nearby of a patch-hot iron may damage them!!!
Patches can be sewn onto fabric or garments with a single or double stitch.
